By Dawda Baldeh

The defeated GDC candidate in the Niamina West by-elections, Yero Jallow has told The Daily newspaper  that President Adama Barrow will woefully loss the presidential election in Niamina come 2021 election.

Aggrieved Yero Jallow went on saying that the Barrow led Party (NPP) won both the Niamina National Assembly and Kerr Jarga Councilor by election, but this is there last opportunity.

” Every game there is a winner and loser,  what I can tell President Barrow and his cabinet is that they are not fair to the State. They used lots of State money in convincing the people of Niamina West to vote for them.”

Jallow called on the GDC supporters not to give up. He emphasis that GDC will emerge winner in 2021.

He said he lost the by-election because Barrow and his cabinet Ministers play bad game to GDC he said.
Jallow, accuses Hamat Bah of going from compound to compound giving money to people just to solicit votes for Barrow and deprived Kandeh of votes.

He denied the widespread allegation that his party (GDC) was cooking a coalition with the UDP, saying “That UDP was only supporting GDC to win the by-election and that’s all” he said. What makes the people of Niamina to give up and rejected voting for GDC, this is a mere rumor spread by Hamat NK Bah.”

He also blamed the IEC for not stopping NPP to campaign after the designated time given elapsed.
He said there  was  campaign even after the campaign period had  expired and whiles they (IEC) forcefully stop GDC from campaigning.

“Hamat Bah was going around region to region saying that anyone who don’t have money should go and sleep, and if he thinks  Barrow has  money, the  presidency election  tell.” Jallow concluded.
