The inhabitants of Perai in the Tumana Constituency, Upper River Region through their National Assembly Member Foday NM Drammeh are requesting for a clean drinking water.
On his Facebook post, Honorable Drammeh stated that access to clean drinking water is not a privilege but a right.
“One of the only source of water for the people of Perai Tenda a hand pump, and we believe it has served it purpose. If we look at the image properly and we will see a lot of rusty materials coming from the pump and it has definitely raised concerns or questions of whether the water is fit for human consumption” he said
